About the Role

Drive PolicyPartner's growth by bringing our unique regulatory intelligence platform to financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto companies. You'll sell high-value subscriptions to C-suite executives who need to stay ahead of policy changes that impact their business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire enterprise clients
  • Build relationships with Chief Compliance Officers, General Counsels, and Policy heads
  • Articulate the value of PolicyPartner's exclusive forums, tailored research, and expert network
  • Manage complex, consultative sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from $100K-$500K annually
  • Collaborate with our policy experts to craft compelling proposals
  • Represent PolicyPartner at industry conferences and regulatory events

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2+ years selling to senior executives
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals
  • Growing network within banking, payments, or fintech sectors
  • Understanding of regulatory challenges facing financial institutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus

Senior Software Developer - AI/Research Tools

About the Role

Help us revolutionize how the financial industry tracks and analyzes regulatory change. You'll build AI-powered research tools, automate policy intelligence gathering, and create products that give our clients unprecedented insight into the regulatory landscape.

What You'll Build

  • AI-powered tools to monitor and analyze regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions
  • Natural language processing systems to extract insights from policy documents
  • Client-facing dashboards and data visualization platforms
  • Automated alert systems for regulatory changes affecting specific sectors
  • Research automation tools to scale our analyst team's capabilities
  • New products leveraging GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs for policy analysis

Technical Requirements

  • 2+ years of software development experience, preferably in data-heavy applications
  • Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers)
  • Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Full-stack capabilities (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Experience building data pipelines and working with unstructured data
  • Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred)
  • Understanding of NLP and document processing at scale
