Not just what's happening in Washington.
Why it matters for your business.
Regulatory intelligence and strategic advisory for fintech, crypto, and banking leaders — powered by deep expertise and advanced technology.
PolicyPartner delivers independent regulatory intelligence for companies navigating policy change in financial services.
We don't represent you before regulators or on Capitol Hill. Instead, we give you the analysis, tools, and foresight to understand how regulatory shifts will affect your specific business — so you can adapt, advocate, and prepare on your own terms.
Our research is trusted by clients and policymakers alike. We serve institutional investors, CEOs, legal officers, and compliance teams across fintech, digital assets, and banking.
A different kind of policy firm
Traditional government affairs means large teams, bipartisan rolodexes, and broad coverage across every sector. We take a fundamentally different approach — narrow expertise, proprietary technology, and analysis designed around your business, not around Washington.
Report what happened
Summarize hearings, markups, and regulatory actions. Clients receive the same updates they could find in trade press.
Generalist coverage
Cover every sector from agriculture to defense. Breadth comes at the cost of depth in any one area.
Relationship-driven
Value proposition rests on who they know. When administrations change, access fluctuates.
Static deliverables
PDF memos and email updates. The same format firms have used for decades.
Analyze what it means for you
Every analysis is filtered through your business model, competitive position, and strategic priorities. If a regulatory change doesn't affect you, we tell you that too.
Deep financial services focus
Exclusively focused on fintech, crypto, and banking regulation. Every analyst, every tool, and every relationship is oriented around this ecosystem.
Expertise and access
Our relationships matter, but our value is the judgment we layer on top of them. Analysis rooted in a CFA-informed understanding of markets, business models, and regulatory risk.
AI-powered intelligence tools
Proprietary systems that monitor regulatory signals across agencies, legislatures, and international bodies in real time — and translate them into client-specific impact assessments.
What we deliver
Research and advisory designed to give clients a structural advantage in understanding and preparing for regulatory change.
Tailored Monthly Intelligence
Customized presentations built for your organization, analyzing how specific regulatory developments directly impact your strategic objectives and competitive position.
Horizon Scanning
Comprehensive assessment of every regulatory vector affecting your business, mapping the landscape 12-18 months ahead. Updated quarterly with strategic recommendations.
Strategic Memos
Focused analysis for regulator meetings, board presentations, M&A due diligence, and strategic initiatives. Delivered within 48 hours of request.
Investment Ideas
Policy-driven investment ideas in digital assets, fintech, and banking — identifying asymmetric opportunities created by regulatory catalysts across tokens, equities, and credits.
